Includes one pair of exhaust flanges for the Ford Flathead V8 hot rod motors (see motor applications below). These flanges are cut with a CNC HD (High Definition) Plasma cutter out of 3/8” Pickled and Oiled (P&O) steel. P&O material is hot rolled steel that has been dipped in acid to remove the mill scale and then lightly coated with oil. The end result is less work to clean off the mill scale as needed with hot rolled mild steel.
Motor Application:
Ford Flathead
221 cu. in (1932-42)
239 cu in (1939-53)
*more applications/years may work, verify before purchasing.
Ports designed to be used with 1 5/8” exhaust tubing.
These flanges are designed in CAD and are test fit on an actual head to make sure proper fitment is achieved.

Quality of machining is inferior compared to both the advertised picture and the ad wherein high-def cutting equipment is said to be used. The holes and cut edges have irregular shape with numerous humps and bumps, contrary to the item pictured in the ad. All mounting holes required drilling to achieve uniformity and allow mounting to engine.

The front holes aren’t big enough for the bolts to go thru. On the 239 flathead the front two bolts are bigger than the others and your flange is cut correctly.
