Studebaker 224-289 Exhaust Flange

Includes one pair of exhaust flanges for the Studebaker 224, 259, 289, 304 hot rod engine (see engine applications below).  These flanges are cut with a CNC fiber laser out of 3/8” Pickled and Oiled (P&O) steel.  P&O material is hot rolled steel that has been dipped in acid to remove the mill scale and then coated lightly with oil.  The end result is a surface ready to weld to without the extra prep time to remove mill scale.

Ports designed to be used with 1 1/2” tubing for the outside ports and 1 3/4″ for the center port.

These flanges are designed in CAD and are test fit on an actual head to achieve proper fitment.
