Buick Straight 8 320 Swept Lake Header Kit

Includes One Swept Lake Header Kit for the Buick Straight 8 320 hot rod engine (see engine applications below). These flanges are cut with a fiber laser out of 3/8” Pickled and Oiled (P&O) steel.  P&O material is hot rolled steel that has been dipped in acid to remove the mill scale then lightly coated with oil.  The end result is a ready to weld surface with minimal prep required.

Kit includes: 

1 pair – 30″ long steel megaphones (1-5/8″ inlet with 3-1/2″ outlet)

4 – 1-1/2″ OD, 0.065″ wall plain steel (not aluminized!) 180 degree mandrel bends (customer to cut at angle needed to match megaphone angle required for build)

1 pair – 3/8″ thick exhaust flanges – specific motor application listed below
